1. How To Apply
Please submit an email regarding your styling difficulties. After reviewing your email, you will receive an email for followup questions.
The email consultation is free of charge. Once establishing your current situation, we will arrange a face-to-face counseling session – Sessions will be held at a quite coffee shop in the Tokyo metropolitan area for privacy.

■ All counseling sessions will be held in quiet cafes located in Tokyo. The location will be consulted each time. (We have set up places where you can relax in quiet areas such as Omotesando and Aoyama.) Clients will be responsible for the cost of drinks and meals at the cafe.

Cancellation Policy
Canceling applications are accepted under the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to first consult and day of organization work: 100% refundable
Cancellations made 2 days prior to first consult and day of organization work: 70% refundable
Cancellations made 1 day prior to first consult and day of organization work: 50% refundable
Cancellations made within 24 hours to first consult and day of organization work: 0% refundable
(For those who have paid in advance, we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee and the transfer fee.)
